Hearth Venting Systems - Wood and Pellet Stoves

  • HEAVY GAUGE ALUMINUM LINER provides fast warm-up for a quick, strong draft and corrosion resistance for safe, trouble-free performance.

  • MALE & FEMALE ENDS ARE HEMMED to add structural integrity, preventing ovalization. Hemmed edges also eliminate sharp edges that can cause job site injuries. The inner liner is recessed to avoid damage in handling.

  • DIE FORMED ENDS provide consistent fit, easy twist-lock assembly, and proper alignment.

  • INVERSE BEADS add rigidity and ensure proper spacing between the inner liner and the outer wall. The inverse beads also serve to seal the air chamber between the inner and outer walls. As a result, the inner liner heats up rapidly and remains hot during the operation of the appliance, minimizing the effects of condensation.
  • Thermal Tech blanket insulation keeps the outer wall of the chimney cool, while ensuring high flue gas temperatures for optimum draft performance.

  • Encased between dual walls of stainless steel, Thermal Tech blanket insulation is locked into position. This eliminates hot spots common with loose-fill type insulation. No sifting, setting, or dangerous voids.

  • In the event of a creosote fire, compressible blanket insulation permits the chimney liner to expand outward in a radial direction. DuraTech's free floating liner design also permits the liner to expand in a longitudinal direction. This eliminates buckling and loss of structural integrity associated with solid-pack type installations.

Designed and tooled to perfection for the chimney professional.
The DuraTech Chimney System sets a new standard in quality, design, and performance.
